Still Life With Dog at Light Moves Festival 2017

Still Life With Dog, our short film on time, ageing and change has been selected for screening at Light Moves Festival in Limerick this November.  Performed by seven female performers, from a 7 year old girl to a woman over 80, Still Life With Dog takes the idea of the ‘seven ages of man’ as the basis for a reflection on time, ageing and change.Through a series of repeated actions and images, it hints at the accumulation of objects and memories over a lifetime, the transience of life itself, and the profound physical changes that take place as we age.Light Moves is Ireland’s international festival of dance on film, now in it's fourth year, presenting screenings of short films alongside a Screendance Lab and Symposium.
