A gallery installation for children aged 4 to 7 inspired by the story of Pinocchio

Commissioned by Artsdepot, London as part of their inaugural season, The Field of Miracles was an interactive gallery installation for everyone aged four and above, inspired by the story of Pinocchio.

The project consisted of a room-sized wooden hand, which was filled with a strange collection of objects inspired by and drawn from Pinocchio’s story. Exploring the hand by torchlight, the spectator caught glimpses of this story and reconstructed it as their own.

Originally produced in November 2004.
