Try Not To Panic - Pebbles, 12, London

Pebbles (and her small black dog who was lying in her lap), sent us a video describing how she’s trying to carry on as normal by doing her schoolwork, dance classes online, and spending time with family.

She’s trying to turn it in to a positive experience by getting lots of exercise, whilst also being considerate of vulnerable people. Pebbles has an older sister who has type 1 diabetes so she can’t go outside, but the family are supporting her.

Her advice is to try not to panic and have fun.
