There is a cave and within it is: a red river flowing full of blood and negative thoughts and energy.

Also, at one side of the cave there is a hole in which is a calm world full of positive thoughts and energy.

Most people are seeing the hole but choosing not to go in but instead continuing to sulk about what they don’t have.
